Well I went to the dietitian yesterday. It's in a nice location... literally right smack in the middle of my commute from work to home. It will definitely be convenient! Tamara, the dietitian, seems wonderful! She's really sweet, has tons of experience in the years (licensed dietitian for over 20 years), easy to talk to, very straight about what she does and doesn't do... etc. The point of yesterday's appointment was just for her to get a feel of what I'm looking for and make sure I'm clear on what she provides. It all sounded like a match so I made an appt. for the real first meeting where we'll discuss more details and set up a plan. This will be on Wednesday soooooo... more to come.
